​Due to the nature of laboratory research chemicals, Peptidea cannot accept returns once a shipment has been delivered. To maintain the integrity and purity of our products, we cannot resell items that have left our climate-controlled facility.
​Damaged or Incorrect Items
​If you receive a product that is damaged or if the incorrect item was shipped, please contact us at info@peptidea.net within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or error. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.
​Cancellations
​Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered final.

4.Shipping Policy

Processing and Handling
​All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
​Shipping Stability
​Our peptides are shipped in a lyophilized (freeze-dried) state, which is stable at room temperature for the duration of transit. While we recommend refrigeration upon receipt for long-term storage, cold-chain shipping is not required for the stability of the product during standard delivery times.
​Lost or Stolen Packages
​Peptidea is not responsible for packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.

Regulatory Status
