Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or if the incorrect item was shipped, please contact us at info@peptidea.net within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or error. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is considered final.

Processing and Handling
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Stability
Our peptides are shipped in a lyophilized (freeze-dried) state, which is stable at room temperature for the duration of transit. While we recommend refrigeration upon receipt for long-term storage, cold-chain shipping is not required for the stability of the product during standard delivery times.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Peptidea is not responsible for packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
