By purchasing from Peptidea, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Because our products are sensitive research materials, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong item
- The product arrived damaged during shipping
- The product is defective upon arrival
- The shipment is incomplete or missing items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Opened or used products
- Improper storage after delivery
- Customer ordering mistakes
- Change of mind after purchase
2. Return Request Timeframe
All return or refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photo evidence of damaged, incorrect, or defective items
3. Refund Approval Process
Once your request is received and reviewed, Peptidea will notify you whether your refund or replacement has been approved.
If approved, we may offer:
- Replacement product shipment
- Store credit
- Full or partial refund, depending on the issue
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Delays caused by customs clearance
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
- Packages lost due to customer address errors
- Products seized due to local import restrictions
Customers are responsible for understanding their country’s import regulations before ordering.
5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Peptidea.
If a return shipment is required, Peptidea will provide instructions regarding return authorization.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment processing begins. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Photograph the package immediately
- Contact us before opening if possible
For missing packages marked as delivered, customers should first contact the shipping carrier before filing a claim with Peptidea.
